Idiom का अर्थ कैसे पहचानें

शाब्दिक अर्थ वाला विकल्प प्रायः गलत होता है — "to rain cats and dogs" में बिल्ली-कुत्ते नहीं, तेज़ बारिश है।
Idiom को किसी स्थिति में सोचें — किस भावना में बोला जाता है: प्रशंसा, निंदा, भय, धोखा?
